Helpful for beginners
Will definitely make soda with this
Very vague. If you are a beginner,like myself,this text was not super helpful. Lots of content and spelling errors. An extremely confusing read.
Very short book, 15 minutes to read. What was there was fine, but I would have liked more in depth information and recipes. May be better as part of a fermentation book instead of a stand alone.
Great book. Love it.. Making home made healthy soda on my kitchen counter is a great thing. We're going back to a earlier, simplier, healthier life style and the methods in this book are helping with that
Probably a good "starter explanation" -type of book for the beginner, like me; but not sure there's enough detailed information to really get thoroughly into the subject of making your own soda's. For 99-cents, it's a good deal though.
